Context
A manufacturer of electrolysers for hydrogen production, with sites in France, Italy and Germany. Project manager from the tender through to roll-out.
What I did
Ran the tender and the selection of Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE. Managed the integrator, schedule and budget. Improved product data governance processes. Led change management in all three countries, especially in Germany: with young engineering teams and management focused on product development, I took on part of structuring the organisation.
Outcome
Solution live in all 3 countries. All other tools were retired in favour of a single platform: harmonised creation processes, controlled document update workflows, and everyone knows which version to work on.
