New assignment, new sector: nuclear energy.
I am starting to support a nuclear energy company with the implementation of a PLM.
The challenge: mastering the configuration of complex products, where every version, every change and every document must be traced without fail.
After rolling out 3DEXPERIENCE at McPhy, a hydrogen electrolyser manufacturer, I find the same common thread: in energy, product data is as much a safety issue as a performance one.
I will share what I can, when I can. In the meantime, read my lessons learned on choosing a PLM or ERP or discover my approach to IT project management.
