Context
Group Supply Chain Manager and project manager for the S&OP and DynaSys APS roll-out. At the start, each subsidiary forecast in its own way, without common rules or clear responsibilities.
What I did
Set up a forecasting RACI shared by the 3 subsidiaries and headquarters, the DynaSys APS as the single source, and an S&OP loop fed by this data.
Outcome
One set of forecasts for the whole group. Everyone knows who does what and when, and S&OP is based on figures everyone recognises.
